I have dedicated my career to supporting the whole child, helping young people thrive in every area of their lives. Drawing from my background as a teacher, school counselor, school psychologist, therapist, and mother, I truly understand the various hurdles children face at home and in school. Whether your child is struggling with sadness, grief, behavioral issues, anxiety, or the aftermath of a difficult event, I offer gentle, patient support. I believe deeply that every child has the strength to heal when they feel safe, accepted, and truly seen.I specialize in play-centered and creative arts therapies. These approaches allow children to take the lead in their own healing, using art and play to share feelings they may find difficult to put into words. By incorporating play with art expression, I help them find their voice. Since 2007, I have used these methods to help children and adolescents find emotional balance and better ways to cope. My own journey as a parent gives me a heartfelt perspective and a deep connection to the families I serve as we work together toward lasting well-being.
